Portfolio Change Lead/Manager - Scotland based - Hybrid working - Financial Services

The role oversees a portfolio of change for a Financial services business covering different types of business and technology change, including upgrades, roadmapping and BAU initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the overall change roadmap, maintaining visibility across the portfolio regardless of where initiatives originate.
• Act as the Portfolio Lead overseeing priorities, dependencies and delivery across multiple change initiatives.
• Manage portfolio governance and oversight committees.
• Lead and facilitate the change process and relevant meetings.
• Inherit and manage the existing team.

Candidate requirements

Essential

• Strong portfolio management experience.
• Senior PMO or portfolio leadership experience, ideally managing a diverse portfolio.
• Financial services experience, preferably Insurance or Life & Pensions.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management and change oversight capabilities.
• Understanding of customer experience and customer outcomes.
• Resilient, confident and able to manage competing demands.

Location: Hybrid working, must be able to commute to Edinburgh.

Permanent role paying up to £100k on base salary, FTC considered at same base salary.
