  1. Experience level: Entry-level or early-career engineer with a degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  2. Cloud fundamentals: Basic understanding of cloud computing, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  3. Linux: Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems and command-line tools.
  4. Scripting: Basic scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
  5. Version control: Familiarity with Git and version control practices.
  6. CI/CD: Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
  7. Infrastructure as Code: Basic knowledge of Terraform or similar tools.
  8. Containers: Basic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes (GKE).
  9. Networking: Knowledge of DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and TCP/IP fundamentals.
  10. Monitoring & Security: Basic awareness of monitoring, logging, cloud security, and IAM.
  11. API knowledge: Familiarity with REST APIs and Apigee is a plus.
  12. Soft skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
