  1. Experience: 3–7 years in SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Operations.
  2. Kubernetes/OpenShift: Hands-on experience managing and supporting production Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes platforms.
  3. Linux: Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
  4. GitOps: Experience with Flux for Kubernetes configuration and deployment management.
  5. Monitoring & Observability: Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki for monitoring, dashboards, and alerting.
  6. Secrets Management: Knowledge of HashiCorp Vault and Kubernetes secrets management.
  7. Networking: Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, load balancing, and ingress.
  8. Security & Vulnerability Management: Experience with CVEs, security patching, vulnerability remediation, and container image scanning.
  9. Container Security: Familiarity with Skopeo or similar container image inspection tools.
  10. Scripting & Automation: Experience with Python, Go, or Bash.
  11. SRE Practices: Knowledge of incident management, root cause analysis, capacity planning, reliability, and cluster upgrades.
  12. Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
