This is a rare opportunity to join the senior leadership team and shape the future of digital, data, technology-enabled services and organisational transformation.

The Opportunity

As Head of Digital, Growth & Innovation, you'll provide strategic leadership across digital services, innovation, transformation and business growth. You'll be responsible for developing and delivering an ambitious digital roadmap, leveraging data-driven decision making, and creating the conditions for sustainable growth and continuous improvement.

This role goes beyond traditional IT leadership. You'll play a key role in shaping future operating models, driving technology-enabled innovation, and ensuring digital services become a strategic enabler across the organisation

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the organisation's digital strategy and transformation agenda
• Drive innovation and business growth initiatives
• Develop and implement data and information management strategies
• Champion digital-first services and customer experience improvement
• Lead technology-enabled care and smart technology initiatives
• Oversee cyber security, digital operations and supplier management
• Govern large-scale change and transformation programmes
• Build strategic partnerships and identify external funding opportunities
• Lead, inspire and develop high-performing digital and innovation teams

About You

• Senior leadership experience in digital, technology, innovation or transformation
• A proven track record delivering strategic programmes and organisational change
• Strong experience in business case development, governance and budget management
• Expertise in digital strategy, data governance and technology-enabled transformation
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
• A passion for innovation and improving customer outcomes

PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent programme delivery qualifications are highly desirable, alongside degree-level education or equivalent experience.
