JOB TITLE: Commercial Gas Engineer

LOCATION: Edinburgh and surrounding areas

SALARY: £42k - £65k - travel time is paid at time & half, van, fuelcard etc

JOB INFORMATION - Commercial Gas Engineer

• You will be based from home with a van and cover Edinburgh and the surrounding area. Contracts will include a cinema contract, hotels and other commercial settings
• You will be required to carry out service and maintenance, trouble shooting and diagnostics of commercial gas systems along with mechanical/plantroom maintenance such as chaning pumps/valves/motors
• There may sometimes be requirements to assist with install/plantroom refurbs
• This role will come with some opportunity to progress for the right person. My client is forward thinking in their approach to developing their team and will support in upskilling/multi-skilling into bms/hvac should the successful candidate wish to do so
• Work will all be of a commercial nature - NO DOMESTIC

CANDIDATE INFORMATION - Commercial Gas Engineer

• Demonstrable experience of carrying out service and reactive maintenance on commercial gas systems
• Relevant commercial gas ACS certification
• Experience of working within a similar role previously, covering commercial sites with gas and mechancial maintenance.
• Have excellent administration skills with attention to detail
• You must have good customer services skills, be well presented and articulate
• You will need to be self-motivated, diligent and hardworking
