Senior Employment Lawyer
Fully Remote
Are you an experienced Employment Lawyer looking for a fully remote opportunity offering a varied workload, close client contact and greater flexibility?
I'm working with a growing legal team looking to recruit a Senior Employment Lawyer to handle a high volume of Employment Tribunal matters for a small number of major clients.
The Role
You'll work closely with clients, acting as an extension of their in-house legal teams and taking ownership of contentious employment matters from initial instruction through to resolution.

About You
You'll be an experienced Employment Lawyer with a strong background in contentious employment matters and Employment Tribunal litigation.
You'll ideally have:
This is an opportunity to take on a senior employment law role within a modern working environment, handling significant tribunal work for major clients rather than managing a constantly changing mix of unrelated instructions.
The position offers the flexibility of fully remote working, close client relationships and the opportunity to focus on contentious employment law within a dedicated team, with access to specialist employment law expertise and support.
It's an alternative to a traditional private practice role for an Employment Lawyer who enjoys tribunal work, client contact and managing their own caseload.
Location Fully remote within the UK
If you're an Employment Solicitor or experienced Employment Lawyer considering your next move, I'd be happy to have a confidential conversation and provide further details.
