Customer Service Advisor - Edinburgh

£22.90/hour Umbrella (£16.50/hour PAYE equivalent)

8am-3.30pm Monday to Friday

1 year initial contract

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? We're looking for organised, positive, and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service team.

You’ll handle customer queries via phone and email, provide professional support, update systems accurately, and work collaboratively to resolve issues efficiently.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.
