A leading Scottish law firm is seeking a Solicitor Advocate or aspiring Solicitor Advocate to join its highly regarded dispute resolution team in Edinburgh. This is a rare opportunity to focus on advocacy while working on a diverse range of complex and high-profile disputes.

You'll work alongside experienced advocates, appearing in courts and tribunals across Scotland while developing your technical expertise and advocacy skills. Whether you're already accredited as a Solicitor Advocate or considering pursuing the qualification, this role offers an excellent platform for career development.

The Role

• Represent clients in courts and tribunals across Scotland
• Assist with complex litigation and dispute resolution matters
• Work closely with experienced advocacy specialists
• Prepare and present legal arguments on a broad range of commercial and civil disputes
• Develop specialist advocacy expertise within a collaborative team environment

About You

• Scottish-qualified solicitor with litigation experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Genuine interest in advocacy and court work
• Existing Solicitor Advocate accreditation is advantageous but not essential
• Ambitious, commercially aware and keen to develop specialist expertise
