A leading Edinburgh hotel is looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to lead its restaurant, bar and room-service operations. You will be responsible for the team, the guest experience and the commercial performance of the department.
If you are a hands-on food and beverage manager who enjoys developing people as much as driving standards, this role offers real scope.
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £36,000 – £39,000 per year

The Role
• Leading the restaurant, bar and room-service operations.
• Recruiting, training and developing the food and beverage team.
• Managing budgets, stock and supplier relationships.
• Driving revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Maintaining food safety and licensing compliance.

• Food and beverage management experience in hotels or restaurants.
