The Opportunity:

You will take ownership of a high-performing team of Account Handlers, leading from the front to deliver exceptional service, drive operational excellence and support continued business growth.

Working closely with the Director and their senior leadership, you will play a key role in shaping team strategy, developing talent and strengthening client relationship, all within a collaborative and forward-thinking culture. There will also be rare yet rewarding opportunities to collaborate with teams in other offices aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across offices, with occasional travel to other offices.

About you:

  • Strong background in Private Clients insurance (essential).

  • A natural leader with a passion for developing people.
  • Commercially aware with strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Professional qualifications (Dip CII or working towards) desirable.

Experience requirements can be flexible- what matters most is your readiness to lead, your technical expertise and your ability to inspire a team.

As you can expect, the position offers a highly competitive salary package reflective of experience and impact alongside enviable benefits provision. This is a business that genuinely puts people first- offering a collaborative, inclusive environment where individuals are empowered to grow, contribute and make a real impact.
