As an Electrician, you’ll be responsible for both scheduled and reactive electrical maintenance, diagnosing faults, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations within a variety of commercial properties.

Electrician Job Responsibilities:



  • Electrical Maintenance – Carry out both scheduled and emergency electrical maintenance across commercial properties, including power distribution, fire alarms, lighting systems, and emergency lighting.

  • Fault Finding & Repairs – Detect and resolve electrical issues promptly, ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations.

  • Accurate Record Keeping – Maintain detailed records of work completed using an advanced computerised maintenance management system (CMMS).

  • Client Interaction – Collaborate with clients to deliver efficient, high-quality maintenance services tailored to their needs.


Qualifications & Requirements for Electrician:



  • 17th or 18th Edition Qualification – Essential for electrical installation work.

  • Experience in Facilities Management or Building Services – Previous experience in this field is desirable.

  • Recognised Apprenticeship – SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation required.

  • Full UK Driving Licence – A valid driving licence is necessary for this role.
