Utilities Operations Manager


Job Location: - Anywhere in the UK


Job Type: Permanent


Remuneration: Competitive salary taking into account skills, experience and qualifications


We have a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Manager to work anywhere in the UK.


As the Utilities Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the management of our Utilities Desk and Field based teams including rota management, allocations and Operational MI.


Reports for management information will be second nature to you as will highlighting trends/hot spots and providing support with Operational Complaints.


Your role demands strong leadership, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You'll ensure your team is equipped to handle the most challenging claims, while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. This role offers the perfect opportunity to make a significant impact.


The skills you will have when you apply:




  • Proven management skills: and the confidence to lead a high performing team

  • Experience as an Operational Leader


  • Excellent communication skills: You'll speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more. You'll explain complex details clearly and negotiate fair settlements for all.


  • Qualifications: Existing or intention to become Cert/Dip CILA qualified
