Saivan Care Services LTD is a well-established provider of residential services in Enfield. We provide high quality person-centred care for our residents with mental health conditions, learning and physical disabilities and challenging behaviours.
We are currently looking to fill multiple vacancies for day and night support workers. You would join our team of dedicated care staff who make our residents a priority and truly make a difference in their lives. We are looking for competent, knowledgeable, self-motivated individuals with a caring nature who can offer flexibility and commitment to their work. Effective communication skills are a must along with the ability to show empathy and sensitivity towards the needs of others.

What we are looking for from you:
- Previous Experience within Healthcare (2+ years in a care setting)
- A passion for working in care and commitment to residents' wellbeing
- A proactive and “can-do” attitude
- A strong sense of responsibility including being reliable and trustworthy
- A Willingness to Learn
- Effective communication skills
More about the role:
Our residents are a group of vulnerable adults with individualised care plans based on their unique needs. If you are an experienced carer who feels they could meet the needs of our residents, we would like to hear from you. This role requires you to be attentive and possess the skills to build strong and trusting relationships with people. You will be helping with everyday tasks which make a huge difference in the lives of our residents while also providing you with real job satisfaction.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Personal Care
- Cooking meals for residents
- Engaging in activities with residents
- Accompanying residents on outings in the community
- Liaising with other staff including leadership
- Communication with external professionals including nurses, pharmacists, GP doctors, Social Workers, Care Coordinators, and other professionals to meet the residents needs
