Location: Central Edinburgh Duration: 6-month FTC (with a high likelihood of going permanent) Working arrangement: 5 days on-site

Your Responsibilities:

• Supporting end-user hardware for staff based in the Edinburgh office
• Supporting and maintaining laptops, mobile devices, desktops, and printers
• Troubleshooting and assisting with Windows and Office 365 applications
• Implementing new rollouts and contributing to project delivery

What You'll Bring:

• Strong communication skills and a calm, professional approach under pressure
• At least 1 year of IT support experience
• A passion for customer service and emerging technology
