Senior or Principal Medical Writer

£50,000 - £55,000 plus incredible benefits

Remote - UK or hybrid in Manchester

Albion Rye Associates are working with an incredible independent, full service, healthcare communications agency in the search of a talented and passionate Senior or Principal Medical Writer to work on a publications account with a focus on Oncology.

Responsibilities:

• Develop materials according to project brief – delivered to deadline and budget


• Review work from junior members of the team


• Play an active part in onsite client activities, acting as the scientific point of contact


• Effectively communicate with clients and suppliers in the delivery of project work


• Contribute to new business activities


• Keep up to date with relevant therapy areas

Experience

• Science degree - essential


• Higher degree (MSc or PhD) – beneficial


• Previous experience within a medical communications agency is essential


• Experience working on a fast paced publications account with a focus on Oncology


• Excellent attention to detail


• Great communication and time management skills
