Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a skilled Litigation Lawyer to join their dynamic team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified legal professional to contribute to the firm's success in managing complex discovery projects.

Position Overview

The Litigation Lawyer will play a crucial role in managing all stages of discovery projects, working closely with the firm's discovery group, associates, and clients to ensure efficient and effective document management and analysis. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile matters across various practice areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of discovery projects, from preservation to post-production


• Develop plans and procedures for document collection, analysis, and production


• Oversee data collection and track review progress


• Perform complex searches and apply advanced analytics in document review platforms


• Prepare discovery plans, review protocols, and process memoranda


• Manage discovery vendors and collaborate with clients' discovery and IT personnel


• Stay updated on developments in e-discovery tools and workflows

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited law school in Europe


• Qualified to practice law in an EU member state or the UK


• Prior experience in discovery, preferably in complex competition or multi-party litigation


• Thorough understanding of EDRM model (preferred)


• Extensive knowledge of Relativity and other document review platforms


• Strong oral and written communication skills


• Excellent organizational, project management, and technical skills


• Service-oriented and solution-oriented attitude


• Ability to work effectively independently and in a team-based environment
