Senior Marketing Executive - Restaurants

Handle are thrilled to be partnering with a globally recognised restaurant brand, known for delivering high-quality dining experiences across multiple international markets to source an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to support the international franchise operations.


This role plays a key part in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, working closely with the franchise partners to ensure consistent and effective brand implementation.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Support the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing international marketing plans aligned with global brand strategy.

  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials for international partners, ensuring they are up-to-date, on-brand, and adaptable to local markets.

  • Review marketing activity from franchise partners, manage the feedback and approval process, and provide clear, constructive input.

  • Maintain comprehensive brand and marketing manuals, ensuring integration with PR, social, and editorial efforts.

  • Track campaign performance across international markets, compile reports, and share insights and best practices.

  • Serve as the point of contact between the central marketing team and international partners, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

  • Support onboarding and training of new franchise partners, including marketing inductions and resources.

  • Manage international social media accounts and coordinate website development and maintenance with third-party agencies.

  • Contribute to internal communications and department reporting, including key business documents, campaign summaries, and stakeholder updates.

  • Assist with content creation including shoots, scripting, editing, and scheduling.

  • Organise regular meetings, calls, and updates with international partners and internal stakeholders.


Requirements



  • Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within a franchise or international environment.

  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

  • Experience managing marketing budgets and overseeing production of campaign materials.

  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple projects and markets simultaneously.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and collaborative tools (knowledge of Asana is a plus).

  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
