Head of Paid Search to join a large full service agency based Sydney CBD, carving the way and service in B2B & B2C online advertisement.

• 10+ years Paid Search experience, with extensive large team management experience


• Located in the CBD, with hybrid working 2/3 split, 30 days holiday

• Salary up to $200K+ super + bonus + sponsorship + relocation package

We are now in need of an experienced lead to Head up our Paid Search offering, defining agency best practice, process', pitching and leading from the front!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You'll be working closely with the Founder & CEO owning, strategising and delivering growth within the Paid Search Team, forming process and best practice and guiding your team to deliver the best in class campaigns within the B2B and B2C industries for our clients. You will be responsible for joining the founder on new pitches & tender’s, leading weekly client meetings and cross selling into our existing client base where possible. You’ll also have the responsibility of growing our Performance Marketing team of 20 out of the coming months and years to come. If you’ve covered everything from Search to Social, SA360 to Meta Ads, we’d love to hear from you.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

• 10 years experience with managing paid media campaigns


• Use of Google Ads, SA360, Meta and LinkedIn Ads


• Previous experience in line management


• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
