Our client in the gaming industry is looking for an Affiliate Manager to join their team. The position is fully remote and can sit in any European country-UK, Spain, Italy.

Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new affiliates to expand the affiliate network and meet acquisition targets.
- Analyze performance metrics, track KPIs, and optimize affiliate campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and conversion.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, commission structures, and payments with affiliates to maximize revenue and maintain strong partnerships.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to affiliates to help them optimize their marketing efforts and performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates through regular communication, feedback, and collaboration.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align affiliate strategies with overall business goals and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in affiliate marketing to drive innovation and improvements.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and ethical practices in affiliate marketing strategies and activities.
Requirements
- Proven track record in managing and nurturing existing affiliate relationships to drive revenue growth.
