We’re working with a specialist UK-based Cyber Security Consultancy looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across its core service offerings. This is an opportunity to join a respected, delivery-led business with a reputation for straight-talking, expert consultancy.

The Role

This is a new business focused role, targeting organisations that need expert support in understanding and managing their cyber risk. The successful candidate will:

• Identify and engage new business opportunities


• Lead a consultative sales process from discovery to close


• Translate client needs into tailored security solutions


• Work closely with technical consultants to shape value-driven proposals


• Manage and develop client accounts post-sale


• Influence go-to-market strategy and contribute to commercial direction

About You

• You have a proven track record in selling cyber security or technical consulting services


• You're comfortable building credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike


• You understand how to position services like pentesting, IR, and GRC in a business context


• You’re proactive, self-sufficient, and motivated by meaningful work and long-term relationships


• You thrive in a fast-moving, remote-first environment and enjoy autonomy
