OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area.


Responsibilities



  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.

  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.

  • Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary.

  • Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices.

  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service.


Experience



  • Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.

  • Strong knowledge of basic maths for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients accurately.

  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.

  • A good understanding of food safety practices is highly desirable.

  • A friendly demeanour with strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
