A leading player in the sector is currently looking for an Estimator to join their growing team across the UK, where you will contribute to the success of high-value bids, increase win rates, and help shape commercially successful solutions.

The Role

As the Estimator, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:

• Working closely with Estimators and Senior Estimators to support bids and proposals


• Providing estimation expertise to Sales and Operational teams in a timely and structured manner


• Conducting site visits and surveys, and collaborating with subcontractors and suppliers

You

To be successful in the role of Estimator, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

• At least 5 years’ industry experience in a similar estimation role within FM or a related sector


• A deep understanding of commercial tendering processes and contract requirements


• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
