Job Type: 12-month Fixed Term Contract

Salary and benefits: Up to £40,000 dependent upon experience plus 8% bonus up to 16%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more

The role
- You will manage the system configuration for our clients - defining and documenting requirements agreed with the client, estimating resourcing requirements
- Supporting the project through requirement gathering and initiating projects, including the creation of a plan, definition of scope, quote issue and resource identified. Management of the test phases of a project to ensuring solutions are delivered to a high standard
- Identification of best system or platform solution for the client including identification, analysis and documentation of any system enhancement
- Review of the configuration testing undertaken by others, giving support and guidance of the scope of testing required to ensure robust testing is undertaken
- Strong client focus with experience of working in a client relationship role and able to clearly and effectively communicate information, plans and requests
- Knowledge of HTML and Java within a system configuration setting, along with advanced Excel skills and confidence in managing data sets
- Understanding of diagnostic techniques to breaking down a problem and trace the root cause and underlying implications in a methodical step-by-step way
- Organisation skills along with planning, prioritising and delegating
