Recruiting Front of House Allrounder for City Centre Restaurant & Bar

The White Horse Oyster and Seafood Bar, situated on the busy Royal Mile in Edinburgh is looking to hire a new addition to our Front of House team.

You'll be joining a fun and energetic team that celebrate the best of Scottish seafood in a thriving and bustling part of town. Our focus is delivering high quality produce in a relaxed and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greeting and seating our guests


• Providing warm, efficient service across both bar and floor


• Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and clearing tables


• Assisting behind the bar when needed


• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards


• Shucking oysters with confidence and skill would be a bonus, but not essential

About You:

• Previous hospitality experience - both floor and bar preferred


• A genuine passion for food, drinks, and customer service


• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities


• Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy venue


• Reliable, team-oriented, and positive attitude


• Availability for evenings and weekends essential

Salary: £11.00-£12.21 ph depending on national min wage age/experience additional TRONC and cash tips (£3-4 per hour extra)
