Are you passionate about supporting students and making their experience the best it can be? We’re looking for a Customer Experience Team Member to join our team in Edinburgh, working full-time to help provide exceptional front-line support to students.

Location: Edinburgh
Role: Customer Experience Team Member – Student Services
Hours: Full-time
Pay: £12.29 per hour
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:
You’ll be a key point of contact for students, helping them navigate their university experience with confidence and clarity. Whether it’s answering questions, signposting to services, or offering a friendly listening ear, your support will make a real difference.

You may be helping a locked-out student get back into their room, to recommending restaurants or places to see, or organising a welcome party; the Customer Experience Team Member role will be extremely varied. Expect no two days to be the same!

 
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcoming and advising students in person, by phone, or via email


• Providing clear, accurate information on university services, facilities, and processes


• Escalating or referring more complex queries to the right teams


• Supporting events, inductions, and key student experience activities


• Maintaining records and ensuring high standards of service delivery

• Good time management


• Previous experience in a customer-facing or student support role is a plus
