Contract type: Contractor
Work schedule: Full day

We have a fantastic opportunity here at SeAH Wind as a Sales Executive.
Are you excited at the prospect of being part of the world's largest Monopile Factory and contributing to such a significant project? - a crucial part of building the foundations for a Net Zero future.
Your role as a Sales Executive will be integral to the success of this ambitious venture.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team in a key role that blends technical expertise with strategic business development. In this position, you will play a pivotal part in driving the growth of both new and existing customer relationships, while ensuring the successful retention of key clients. Your responsibilities will include coordinating resources to support negotiations, ensuring timely contract closure, and working closely with internal teams to deliver comprehensive proposals that meet both technical and commercial needs.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the sales process, supporting the development of technical, budgetary, and contractual proposals while managing the completion of bid and tender documentation. You’ll also be responsible for reporting on customer, prospect, and sales activities, providing in-depth analysis to guide decision-making. Your work will include collaborating with a cross-functional team of technical and project management specialists to ensure alignment on both commercial and technical requirements, all while maintaining a strong focus on project quality.
Additionally, you’ll be instrumental in gathering valuable market insights, tracking competitor activity, and supporting communications and marketing efforts. Engaging with key industry networks and representing the company at events will also be part of your role, ensuring that our presence and relationships in the sector are continually growing.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally with proven experience in a sales role. You should have strong business acumen and be familiar with managing complex sales processes, including long sales cycles and interactions with multiple stakeholders. Experience in managing tenders, contracts, and risk in large-scale projects will be highly advantageous, as will a deep understanding of the tender and procurement processes.
If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for growth and a proven track record in managing complex, technical sales processes, we’d love to hear from you. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a forward-thinking company.
In return, we can offer an attractive base salary, 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, and a 5% employer pension contribution (min 3% employee), Medicash and Life Insurance x 4 salary.
At SeAH Wind we are committed to developing a diverse workforce and creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Our aim is to build a workplace that attracts the most talented people and creates an environment that fosters courtesy and mutual respect.
All applications will receive equal consideration for employment regardless of race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity or expressions, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, or age. We know that getting this right is crucial for us to live our values: Honest, Passionate and Professional.
Simply put, SeAH Wind value you whoever you are.
