The Lead Digital Transformation and Optimisation Analyst plays a critical

role within the Client and Marketing Experience team at Franklin Templeton, with a primary focus on the EMEA region and global oversight responsibilities.

This role will help create better outcomes for our clients and marketing teams by being laser focused on process improvement, designing better end to end capabilities and building strong relationships with stakeholders to be a trusted expert in their domain.

This role requires the ability to solve complex problems in creative and effective ways, using initiative and independent judgment to drive continuous process improvement and enable operational excellence across sales and marketing functions. By independently identifying opportunities and obtaining effective solutions, the Analyst will design and implement end-to-end capabilities that enhance efficiency, scalability, and the client experience. They will act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, building strong, strategic relationships with stakeholders and influencing decision-making across regions.

A key focus of this role is contributing to the firm’s AI transformation journey—applying emerging technologies and innovative thinking to reimagine how we deliver personalized, data-driven experiences to clients. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to make independent decisions and lead change initiatives that align with long-term business strategy and client-centric outcomes.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of Lead Digital Transformation and Optimization Analyst?

Strategic Prioritization: Exercise independent judgment to strategically prioritize the workload of the Digital Transformation and Optimisation team, aligning with corporate objectives and driving the implementation of new, innovative processes and procedures across the organization. Ensure that the team's efforts are consistently focused on high-impact initiatives that drive business growth and efficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain robust, trust-based relationships with a wide array of internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, sales executives, and marketing partners. Leverage these relationships to influence key decisions and drive the successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Process Optimization: Partner with digital and marketing leadership to conduct

comprehensive end-to-end process mapping. Develop detailed current state and future state process maps to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement, ensuring that all processes are optimized for maximum performance and scalability.

Requirements Analysis: Conduct in-depth requirements gathering to identify and prioritize the high-level needs and pain points of the client and marketing teams. Translate these insights into actionable strategies that enhance the overall experience and productivity of these teams. Apply independent analysis and critical thinking to identify inefficiencies and obtain effective, scalable solutions that drive continuous improvement.

Advanced Data Analysis: Leverage advanced data analytics to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities within client, sales, and marketing data. Provide data-driven insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.

AI Integration: Stay at the forefront of AI technology and its applications. Evaluate available AI capabilities and develop strategic plans to integrate these technologies into current business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and maximize the benefits of AI-driven solutions.

Training and Development: Drive the successful delivery of training programs on new tools, processes, and best practices in partnership with local teams. Leverage deep domain knowledge and independent judgment to ensure effective knowledge transfer and adoption across regions.

  • Proficiency, or ability to quickly get proficient in AI, marketing and sales enablement tools.
