Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Client Advisor to join its thriving Womensweardepartment in Edinburgh. The Client Advisor’s role is to deliver a top-tier luxury customer experience. You will provide exceptional and personalised service, creating a customer-first environment developing and nurturing long-lasting relationships

About the role…
As a Client Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and make their fashion dreams a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience. You will:
Build and maintain genuine, long-lasting client relationships providing an exceptional client experience at all touchpoints
Maintain excellent product knowledge, stay aware of competitors, and keep up with fashion trends and styling
Provide expert advice whilst achieving maximum sales and delivering memorable clientelling led customer experiences
Show we are obsessed with style by maintaining a high standard of presentation and merchandising of products in your department
Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
Flexibility is a must; customer service can’t wait during weekends and evenings!
