We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Retail sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Retail Assistant to work for a leading brand. The role holder will provide world class customer service to prospective customers
Retail Assistant ’s Core Duties
Manage and screen incoming calls, and forward them on appropriately
Welcome and greet customers
Show customers around
Present the products to customers and answer questions
Support in the organisation of customer events and launches
Provide logistical and administrative support
Be professional and courteous at all times
Oversee the tidiness and cleanliness of the studio
Retail Assistant’s Skills Required
Educated to A-level standard
Experience working with premium brands; luxury retail or hotels - automotive experience highly desirable
Experience in customer care or premium hospitality
Good team working experience
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task
Driving licence class B (desirable) and driven for up to 2 years
Ability to work 5 days per week covering Monday to Sundays on a rotation basis
