Who We Are

CreateFuture is fast becoming the UK’s most recognisable digital consultancy, with years of experience building digital products and services for major organisations whilst putting our people first. We have offices in the centre of Edinburgh, Leeds, Manchester, and London as well as remote employees located throughout the country.

We are a team of creators - whether that’s code, project plans, go to market strategies, culture initiatives, marketing campaigns, large language models or people policies. And together, with our clients, we create the future. This has seen us collaborate and partner across a multitude of industries and sectors, with the likes of PayPal, Adidas, NatWest, FanDuel and Money Saving Expert, to name just a few.

Our reputation as a partner determined to deliver high-quality, robust and thoughtful products has enabled us to scale to over 500 people in the last couple of years, and it is our amazing people - along with the safe, supportive and friendly culture we have built - that makes CreateFuture a great place to work. Don’t just take our word for it though, we have been recognised by Best Workplaces UK multiple years in a row - across a number of categories - and our employee exit rate is astonishingly low.

Join us on our journey… Let’s create something awesome together, today!

About The Role And Team

We’re excited to be looking for a Large Language Model (LLM) Engineer to join us here at CreateFuture, working closely with one of our key clients you'll be involved with the entire lifecycle of one of their LLMs, from data preparation and model training to deployment and maintenance.

You’ll be part of a team exploring the future of event-driven intelligence—building solutions that are smart, scalable, and genuinely useful. This isn’t a theoretical R&D role: you’ll be rolling up your sleeves and helping shape real-world applications powered by large language models (LLMs).

If you're someone who gets excited by prompt engineering, loves playing with OpenAI, Bedrock, or Gemini, and knows your way around AWS, this one’s for you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing and refining prompts to get the best possible outputs from LLMs
  • Building event-driven intelligence workflows using cloud-native tools
  • Working with platforms like OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, and Google Gemini
  • Deploying and managing solutions on AWS
  • Collaborating with a cross-functional team to integrate LLMs into live products and services
  • Bringing ideas to life quickly—this is a contract role, so we're looking for someone who's able to move fast and build smart

We'd Love To Talk If You

  • Have hands-on experience working with large language models and prompt engineering
  • Are comfortable designing smart, event-driven systems and architectures
  • Know your way around AWS and can ship reliable, scalable cloud solutions
  • Have played with (or ideally deployed real-world solutions using) OpenAI, Bedrock, or Gemini
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and are happy getting stuck into technical challenges with minimal fluff

Next Steps

Our Talent Acquisition team aims to respond to all applications within a reasonable timeframe, whether or not we are progressing with your application.

Here’s Our Process

  • 30-minute call with our Talent Acquisition Team
  • 45-minute Technical interview

We believe that representative teams made up of individuals with different backgrounds, skills, and perspectives help us build the best workplace possible, which in turn enables us to create genuinely innovative and broadly useful products.

We are committed to our goal of creating the most inclusive workplace possible. As we strive to build an environment where everyone can thrive and be themselves, we will continue to investigate and challenge biases while working to identify and remove obstacles to inclusion. If you need additional support or accommodation during the application process, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
