About The Role
Hidden Hearing is one of the UK’s leading expert providers of private hearing healthcare, providing life changing hearing healthcare. We are looking for an Ear Care Practitioner (Wax Removal) to work in Edinburgh 2 days per week.
Responsibilities
Our ECPs will provide a range of services to Hidden Hearing patients. These may include but will not be limited to:
This role is ideally suited to a hearing care assistant, however, fully training will be given if the candidate is able to demonstrate the skills necessary to perform the role.

- Basic salary - £11,200 with referral bonus.

Responsibilities
Our ECPs will provide a range of services to Hidden Hearing patients. These may include but will not be limited to:
- Wax removal
- Hearing screenings and referral to HAD for testing where appropriate
- Patient service and support
- Accurate assessment of clients to provide the best agreed solution to wax removal needs and subsequent management of ear health.
- Deliver a high standard of customer care in line with HH expectations.
- Comply with professional, legal and company expectations & requirements.
- Maintain full and accurate patient records.
This role is ideally suited to a hearing care assistant, however, fully training will be given if the candidate is able to demonstrate the skills necessary to perform the role.
- Experience of patient care and customer service to a high level
- IT skills at a level that enables the use of the company systems and audiometry equipment
- Time and job management abilities to allow a well-planned and structured approach to workload
- The ECP role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
- Membership of BSHAA is encouraged, but not mandatory.
- ECPs are required to keep their knowledge and skills up to date with regular CPD.
