Yoh Solutions are actively recruiting for a Project Coordinator/ Administrator on a contract basis for a leading engineering services business just outside of Edinburgh. About the Role:As a Project Coordinator/ Administrator you’ll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders.
You’ll be instrumental in helping Project Managers and Engineers coordinate every aspect of the project lifecycle — from planning and documentation to equipment mobilisation and progress reporting. Key Responsibilities & Experience Required Act as the key liaison between project stakeholders and internal teams
Support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities
Coordinate documentation and shipping requirements for ongoing projects
Help manage project costs, invoicing, and progress monitoring
Represent projects on-site to ensure quality and timeline adherence
Assist in the preparation of progress reports, cost trackers, and forecasts
Provide administrative cover during absences and support equipment logistics
Maintain documentation control per company and regulatory standardsHNC/HND in relevant engineering or technical discipline
Proven experience in an engineering project environment
Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Confidence in handling multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
