This is an exciting opportunity for a high-impact HR leader to partner with regional business leaders and help shape the organisational culture, develop talent, ensure compliance, and drive business results. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership
- Act as the regional HR business partner for EMEA, aligning HR strategies with commercial goals.
- Provide expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and culture change.
- Influence and support the execution of people strategies to enhance team performance and engagement.
- Advise and coach leaders on employee relations, performance issues, and HR policy interpretation.
- Champion inclusive and legally compliant people practices across the region.
- Lead resolution of complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
- Stay abreast of employment laws and practices across multiple EMEA countries.
- Ensure policies and practices meet all relevant legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and legal counsel on risk, investigations, or sensitive matters.
- Partner with HR Operations to deliver consistent, accurate, and effective HR services.
- Utilise HR data and insights to drive improvements across the employee lifecycle.
- Ensure GDPR compliance and HRIS integrity across regional operations.
- Drive initiatives aligned to Hudson RPO’s values and culture.
- Support leadership development and learning tailored to regional needs.
- Promote engagement, retention, and DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) across diverse teams.
- Strong HR generalist or HRBP experience within regional or international environments.
- Experience within the Recruitment/Total Talent/RPO sector.
- Deep understanding of employment legislation in key European and Middle Eastern countries.
- A blend of strategic thinking and hands-on operational delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a hybrid model, with the ability to attend our Edinburgh office 3–4 days a week.
- Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency with HR systems (HRIS), ideally with implementation experience.
