  • Experience within the Recruitment/Total Talent/RPO sector.
  • Deep understanding of employment legislation in key European and Middle Eastern countries.
  • A blend of strategic thinking and hands-on operational delivery.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in a hybrid model, with the ability to attend our Edinburgh office 3–4 days a week.
  • Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency with HR systems (HRIS), ideally with implementation experience.
Why Join Hudson RPO?
  • Work with globally recognised clients and brands.
  • Thrive Days – additional paid leave to support wellbeing.

  • Employee recognition programs throughout the year.
  • A passionate, values-driven culture focused on innovation and people.
