Due to an internal promotion, Bentley and Lamborghini Edinburgh has a very rare opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Aftersales Manager to join the Team.
As a Sytner Aftersales Manager you will lead from the front and inspire your Team to produce only the very best results across all aspects of the Aftersales Departments. You will deliver an outstanding Customer experience and drive CSI results into upper quartile positions. You will also have the ability and knowledge to maximise Sales, gross profit and drive all financial results in both Service and Parts operations as well as being fluent in all aspects of your Accounts and Sales ledger Accounts.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role where the working hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am - 17.30pm. The successful candidate will receive an industry leading benefits package including company car & fuel card, PMI and competitive pension and OTE
About You
Previous experience in a similar role within the motor industry is essential as well as strong technical knowledge. Ideally, you will have the ability to work in a high pressured environment and have fantastic leadership skills that will develop and drive your Team forward.
