Salary: circa £45,000 pro rata (base + uncapped commission)
Working hours: 20 hrs minimum per week, Evening and Weekends available

THE TEAM
We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Outbound Customer Sales Advisor to join our team! In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers through cold calls and emails. Your primary objective will be to generate new leads, promote our products and services, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
What You Will Be Working On
- Making high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers
- Engaging with customers to identify their needs, and pitch Gofibre's packages
- Handling objections and confidently closing sales
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets with a driven mindset
- Keeping accurate records of calls and following up on leads
- Proven experience in cold calling, outbound sales or direct sales
- A confident and persuasive communicator
- Resilience, self-motivation, and a target-driven mindset
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively
- A positive attitude and a competitive edge
