Join Our Clients Team as a Healthcare Integration Specialist Are you an experienced healthcare technology professional with a passion for delivering complex solutions? We are seeking a talented Healthcare Integration Specialist to join a dynamic team responsible for the deployment of solutions across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects that make a real difference in healthcare delivery. About the Role: You will be responsible for delivering highly complex technical tasks, ensuring the successful implementation and support of healthcare integration platforms. This role offers excellent growth prospects within a rapidly expanding team focused on groundbreaking healthcare solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, solution architects, and business analysts to manage ongoing enhancements
- Conduct technical analysis of product enhancements, assessing viability, risks, and development timelines
- Support Project Managers during deployment phases and resolve acceptance issues pre- and post-go-live
- Provide technical mentoring for team members and future hires
- Develop and support customizations on TrakCare and HealthShare platforms
- Troubleshoot, analyze performance, and resolve technical issues
- Support testing and quality assurance of healthcare deliverables
- Produce technical documentation, including user guides, knowledge-base articles, and training materials
- Participate in on-site technical training and implementation activities
- Provide extended support coverage as needed
- Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript)
- Experience with SQL, data analysis, and database methodologies
- Familiarity with Internet/Intranet concepts
- Proven expertise in healthcare integration platforms, preferably with InterSystems technologies
- HL7 programming experience and knowledge of HIE standards
- NHS/healthcare domain experience is highly desirable
- Ability to lead, deliver results, and communicate effectively with clients and teams
- Skilled in designing technical documentation and delivering training
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required
- A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
