As Senior Hotel Receptionist, your role will include:
- Deliver warm, personalized, and discreet service to every guest, setting the tone for a luxury experience
- Handle all phone and in-person interactions with elegance, efficiency, and attention to detail
- Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes that feel effortless and refined
- Maintain a pristine, inviting reception area that reflects a high standard of excellence
- Manage all correspondence and guest information with care, discretion, and precision
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in front desk or guest-facing roles within a luxury or high-end environment
- Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
- A naturally outgoing personality, service-first mindset and a passion for delivering personalized, five-star experiences
