About The Role
The CMS Evidence Team is all about giving our clients and lawyers fast access to critical information. You will be joining a fast growing legal services team at one of the largest global law firms that manages cutting edge technology for its forensic analysis, review and distribution of electronic and physical evidence for the firm’s clients during the investigation and disclosure stages of litigation or arbitration cases.
This team is involved in broad and varied work where you will develop a deep understanding of our full suite of technologies which include RelativityOne and Brainspace.
You will develop good working relationships across all levels of stakeholders in the team and, with experience, across many different locations globally. We believe in developing our people and you will benefit from significant investment in training from the software experts directly.
Responsible for providing general litigation technology support to case teams. Serves as an interface between the attorneys and paralegals and other support groups and/or litigation support or eDiscovery vendors.
Candidates for this position should be proven case managers, excellent communicators, and dedicated to client service.

Related tasks include but are not limited to:
- Consults with and assists lawyers and paralegals on specific case need
- Stays current on technology developments relating to litigation support
- Administer, maintain, and oversee complex eDiscovery databases including running productions, import/export of load files, images, and native file
- Train lawyers and paralegals on use of eDiscovery systems
- Contribute to process and workflow improvements

- Graduate with at least three years litigation technology experience.
- Excellent communication, organisational, technical writing, and interpersonal skills; strong service orientation and ability to develop effective working relationships with others.
- Hands on experience managing and supporting client projects hosted within Relativity’s eDiscovery software (preferably current RCA qualification as well)
- Experience managing document reviews, preferably including the application of TAR and TAR2 models.
- Ability to work under pressure and to facilitate solutions; a self-starter with minimal supervision required.
- Solid understanding of the eDisclosure process
