Litigation Executive - #1796380

Kennedys is looking to further expand their motor team. We are recruiting for a Litigation Executive to be based in Edinburgh to handle a variety of recoveries matters. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high quality caseload with a variety of clients.

This role will be three days a week in the office and two days working from home once all training has been completed.

Team


Kennedys' Motor Recoveries team handle pre and post litigation work to recover damages of varying levels arising from road traffic accidents. Progressing claims through the Sheriff Court Simple Procedure or Ordinary Cause process. They act for a range of well-known motor insurers.

Required Experience

• 4 years' with the relevant experience or 2 years' experience with a paralegal qualification*
• Litigation experience of claimant motor and motor recovery work
• Previous client contact
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Experience of negotiation
• Willingness to learn
