Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor (2-5 years') – Edinburgh

A leading international law firm is now seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its expanding team in Edinburgh.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile construction, energy and infrastructure projects, advising developers, contractors, public bodies and multinational organisations. The role offers exposure to complex transactional construction work within a collaborative national and international team.

The Role

You will:

• Advise on non-contentious construction and engineering matters across major projects
• Draft and negotiate contracts including NEC, JCT and FIDIC
• Support clients across the energy, infrastructure and built environment sectors
• Work closely with colleagues across the wider UK team and support more junior members of the team

About You

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors who:

• Have 2+ years’ PQE in non-contentious construction law
• Have experience across a broad range of construction and engineering matters
• Are confident working with NEC, JCT and/or FIDIC contracts
• Enjoy building strong client relationships and delivering commercial advice
• Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
