Recruitment Consultant/Senior Consultant - Entry level or experienced hire

We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join one of our busiest teams based in our fabulous Edinburgh office. This is a great opportunity to join a high performing team who offer indepth market knowledge & long standing client & candidate relationships from which you would be able to leverage further success. As you will be surrounded by experienced Recruiters we are able to offer this opportunity to either someone new to this role ( ideally with Sales experience ) or an experienced hire .

The role will look sit withing the Building Services domain handling roles such as Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Contract Managers , Mechanical & Electrical Engineers within both the private & public sector. This is a fast paced & competitive market with great potential & you will need good energy levels & have an appetite for targets & getting ahead of your competitors.

Your new role

The responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant include:

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers.

Sourcing, screening and recruiting top-tier candidates

Drafting reports, ensuring compliance across all activities, and participating in internal projects.

Contribute to the development and growth of the business
