As a Furniture Sales Ambassador, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding showroom

experience and driving sales. You will build strong relationships with customers, understand their lifestyle and home furnishing needs, and provide expert advice on our furniture collections. Your goal will be to ensure every customer leaves inspired and confident in their purchase.

Key Responsibilities as our new Furniture Sales Ambassador

• Welcome and engage customers in a friendly, professional, and consultative manner.
• Understand customers' home furnishing requirements and provide tailored furniture recommendations.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of furniture products, materials, styles, and features.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing showroom environment.
• Process customer orders and transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Stay up to date with furniture trends, product ranges, and industry developments.
• Support visual merchandising initiatives and showroom displays.
• Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements as our new Furniture Sales Ambassador

• Proven sales experience, preferably within furniture, homeware, interiors, kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, or a related retail sector.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide consultative sales solutions.
• Passion for interiors, furniture, and home design.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale and order management systems.
