Are you an Electrical Engineer who thrives on solving technical challenges, improving equipment performance, and keeping production running at its best? As an Electrical Engineer at our Edinburgh bakery, you'll play a key role in supporting a highly automated manufacturing environment, helping to ensure our iconic biscuits are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

You'll join an experienced and supportive engineering team where collaboration, continuous improvement, and technical excellence are at the heart of what we do. Working with a wide range of modern manufacturing technologies, control systems, and automated equipment, you'll have the opportunity to develop your expertise while making a visible impact on the performance of the site.

Working on a rotating continental-style shift pattern, you'll alternate between 12-hour day shifts (6:00am–6:00pm) and night shifts (6:00pm–6:00am). You'll work an average of 42 hours per week while benefiting from 14 days off every 28-day cycle, providing regular extended breaks and supporting a strong work-life balance alongside a rewarding engineering career.

With ongoing investment in our people and facilities, this is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who enjoys variety, embraces innovation, and wants to build a long-term career with one of the UK's leading food manufacturers.
