Senior Paraplanner – Edinburgh

We're looking for an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join a growing, client-focused financial planning firm in Edinburgh.
This role is ideal for a technically strong Paraplanner who enjoys research, report writing, and supporting advisers to deliver high-quality financial planning solutions. Alongside managing complex cases, you'll play a key role in mentoring and developing junior Paraplanners, sharing technical knowledge, and helping drive best practice across the team.
What You'll Bring
- Significant Paraplanning experience within financial services
- Proven experience producing compliant suitability reports
- Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning
- Sound understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting junior colleagues
- Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) essential; Chartered status or progress towards Chartered desirable
