Credit Control Administrator - Temporary
THE ORGANISATION
A large and well-established organisation is seeking a Temporary Credit Control Administrator to support its finance team during a particularly busy period. This role has been created to assist with increased volumes of new applications and tuition fee-related processing, providing valuable support to an established Credit Control function.
THE ROLE
This is a hands-on administrative role focused on supporting the Credit Control team with payment processing and data management activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating systems, and ensuring information is processed efficiently and accurately.
- Process and update Recurring Card Payment (RCP) information on internal systems.
- Input, maintain, and validate financial data with a high degree of accuracy.
- Support the management of tuition fee-related accounts and records.
- Utilise Excel to update, track, and reconcile information.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure records are kept up to date.
- Assist with high-volume administrative processing.
- Respond to finance-related queries and provide support to the wider team where required.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a finance, credit control, accounts receivable, or customer accounts environment.
- Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Confident using multiple systems and databases.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- £26,000 per annum, 35 hours per week
