Executive Assistant - Edinburgh - #2113389
Meraki Talent Limited
Date: 4 days ago
City: Edinburgh
Contract type: Full time
Work schedule: Full day
Meraki Talent are looking for a highly organised, proactive and adaptable Floating Executive Assistant to provide flexible, high-quality support across the wider business.
This is a varied role suited to an experienced EA who enjoys working across different teams and stakeholders, responding to changing priorities and stepping in to provide support where it is needed most.
You will act as a flexible resource across the EA team, providing cover for annual leave, sickness and periods of increased workload, as well as supporting key projects and business initiatives. You will be comfortable quickly understanding different working styles, priorities and requirements, and delivering a consistently high standard of support regardless of who you are supporting.
Key Responsibilities
Applicants should be experienced Executive Assistants, who are confident operating in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. It is imperative you can demonstrate your adaptability, and be able to support a number of departments, with ever changing priorities. This role would suit an experienced Executive Assistant who enoys variety and flexibility rather than supporting the same individual every day.
You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of senior stakeholders, gain exposure to different areas of the business and become a key part of the wider EA team. Your ability to quickly understand priorities and provide seamless support will be highly valued.
