Pertemps are working with our public sector client to recruit a Business Support Administrator on a temporary basis.

Location: Edinburgh (EH16)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–16:45 (fully office-based)
Pay Rate: £14.51 per hour
Duration: Temporary ongoing
Start Date: ASAP

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Booking in funerals and ensuring all information is recorded accurately.
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Handling incoming calls from funeral directors, families, celebrants, and other contacts.
  • Managing enquiries and complaints professionally and sensitively.
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team.
