Description

The Conveyancing Solicitor will be:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
• Advising clients on purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of title and new build transactions.
• Providing clear, practical and commercially focused property advice.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure matters are progressed efficiently and effectively.

Profile

The Conveyancing Solicitor should be:

• A solicitor between NQ to 3 years' PQE in residential conveyancing. (NQ's will need a strong seat)
• Experienced in handling property purchases, sales and remortgage transactions.
• Capable of managing their own caseload with an appropriate level of supervision.
• Client-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, proactive and keen to progress their career within a supportive firm environment.
