Travel Consultant - Edinburgh - £28,000 plus commission
Our client is an award winning specialist tour operator is seeking an experienced Travel Consultant for their offices based near Edinburgh.  You will be part of a team creating unforgettable holidays built around experiences. This role is Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday per month and a salary of £28,000 plus commission.

Travel Consultant responsibilities:

• Manage guest enquiries end to end with a proactive, personal approach
• Build relationships and match guests to the holidays that best suit their interests
• Proactively contact prospective guests and follow up leads
• Provide excellent customer service to encourage loyalty and repeat bookings
• Maintain accurate CRM records

Travel Consultant skills required:

• Proven consultative sales experience and ability to work to targets
• Warm, engaging communication and confidence on the phone
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and written communication
• Passion for travel and creating memorable guest experiences
• CRM and Google Workspace confidence (HubSpot a bonus)
