Sales Advisor – New-Build Homes

Location: East of Scotland

Peace Recruitment is working with one of Scotland’s most awarded residential developers to recruit an experienced Sales Advisor for its East of Scotland team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded housebuilder known for delivering quality homes, providing outstanding customer service and investing in the development of its people.

The Role

As Sales Advisor, you will guide customers through every stage of the new-home buying process, from their initial enquiry through to reservation, completion and handover.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing enquiries and building strong relationships with potential buyers

• Conducting viewings and presenting developments, available homes and purchasing options

• Providing a professional and welcoming customer experience

• Progressing reservations and sales through to successful completion

• Maintaining accurate customer and sales records

• Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors and internal departments

• Working towards individual and development sales targets

• Ensuring the sales office and show homes are presented to the highest standard

• Supporting customers throughout their buying journey and providing regular updates

About You

We would like to speak with candidates who have:

• Previous experience selling new-build homes

• A strong understanding of the residential sales process

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A professional, customer-focused approach

• The confidence to manage negotiations and overcome objections

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team

• A full UK driving licence

The role will involve weekend working in line with the development’s opening hours.
